One Year Well Check

Landon had his one year well check the other day. He weighed 21.6 pounds and was 30.5 inches long. He was in the 29th percentile for weight and the 64th percentile for length. The Pediatrician says that he is doing perfect, since he is carrying on along the same stats that he always has.












He got his vaccines. They gave him a small lollipop during them and Wow…. he hardly cried!! I highly recommend the lollipop. Take your own if you have to. They say that something about the sweetness/sugar of it has also been proven to take the edge off when it comes to the pain (and this set of shots is supposed to be very painful), so I was glad he made it through so well. He didn’t even need his bottle afterwards, since he was calm with his lollipop. He had no adverse reactions and carried on just as if nothing had happened.













I remember looking forward to this day and feeling like it would never come. One whole year flew by and Landon is still on the same track to being wonderfully hilarious and perfectly One-derful.
