Landon's Growth Chart--

January 4th- 5.5 lbs 18.8 inches
January 5th- 5.6 lbs 18.8 inches
January 11th- 5.6 lbs 19 inches
January 15th- 5.8 lbs 19.4 inches
January 21st- 6.2 lbs 19.5 inches
February 12th- 8.7 lbs 20.7 inches

As you can see Landon has had quite the year in terms of growth. It was a struggle to put weight on him in the beginning. I had to supplement with formula because my milk never really came in... even with constant nursing and pumping. Landon had to be fed every 2 hours in the beginning, so we woke him up from his newborn slumber to nurse AND have a bottle. The Pediatrician wouldn't let us stop bringing him in until he got back up to his birth weight of 5.15 lbs- which as you can tell from the chart didn't happen until the end of January.








He began in the 5th percentile for weight and 19th percentile for length. At his last appointment he was in the 38th percentile for weight and the 64th percentile for length. I have to say that at that last appointment in January we were ecstatic to see that all of the hard work and lonnng days and nights we put in had finally paid off. Between the Pediatrician and the Cardiologist we were pretty burnt out on taking a newborn out in the freezing cold- especially after a Cesarean. But, looking back, it was just another time in our lives that once again made us stronger and closer.








First Roll Over- 2 months and 3 weeks

Slept thru the night- 8 months
